Placing of orders:

EZB admin staff reserves the right not to provide the 5% membership discount if customers place orders less than 2 hours after signing up, or if orders are place with us via phone calls. Members who failed to log in will also not enjoy any membership benefits.

Please make your order 2 days in advance. Only members will be able to make changes by logging in to their account up to 48 hours before their delivery. Customers will have to call our hotline if there are changes to their orders less than 48 hours of delivery. We strongly encourage all customers to confirm their orders by then. We seek your kind understanding if we are unable to accede to the changes in case of last minute notice.

If order is made on the day of delivery itself or only 1 day in advance, an extra late order surcharge of $20 will be imposed.

Please give us 2 different contact persons and numbers, else your order will be void.

No cancellation or changes are to be made within 24 hours of the delivery.

Delivery timing is from 11am to 7pm. Let us know your time of convenience and we will commit to it. However, we seek your understanding in the case if we need to make some slight changes to the delivery timing to accomodate to the delivery routes.

Kindly give our drivers up to 15 mins allowance, in cases of heavy traffic.

Please call our office staff in advance for usage of any discount vouchers or coupons. Otherwise, EZB reserves the right not to accept any discount vouchers or coupons at time of delivery and payment.

Please note that some foam boxes will be used during delivery. If it was not in the order invoice, customers may still buy the foam box by informing the delivery person @ $4.30 each.
Delivery Matters:
NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES FROM 30th August 2010:
Delivery charges is $10 if the food order is below $300 except for the East Coast Park & chalets, Pasir Ris Park & chalets which is $5.
Delivery to Sentosa: EZB will continue to deliver to Sentosa.
Delivery to central areas with ERP gantries: Drivers will inform customers upon delivery of the amount deducted from their vehicle cash card and customers can reimburse them directly.
Only orders above $100 will be delivered.
Please note that for CHALETS and PARKS, the drivers will only deliver the food to the NEAREST CARPARK/ SIDE GATE. Kindly ensure that there are sufficient manpower to handle the food. If no one is present to collect the food, the delivery man will move on to deliver at other locations first before coming back.
For orders above $300: FREE DELIVERY.
For orders to less accessible locations like Tuas and Lim Chu Kang (or postal code starting with 62, 69, 70, 71), there will be an extra charge of $10-$20, depending on case to case basis.
